First transnational teachers meeting took place at Rober-Bosch Fachoberschole Wirtschaft in Munich, Germany from 13th to 15th of November 2018.

1. Content of the project
- The common part of the project is „ School is fit through Europe Center “. Short name: SIFEC
- Each topic is worked out by mixed groups (mixed group = ISC) (ISC = International Student Club).
- To each ISC belong students and teachers from at least two partners. Each ISC can be divided in several sub topics.
- For the first year the project is divided in 3 ISCs.
- Each ISC works out an own result.
- The results of the ISCs are completed and presented at the common students and teachers meeting (7 days; 31/03/19 – 06/04/19) in Rovinj
- Each partner school will pass on the information to the Croatian partner school on how many students of each sex and how many teachers of each sex will participate at the meeting in Rovinj until the end of February 2019 (minimum 3 teachers and 12 students)
- For the following year new topics and ISCs and the next meeting will be discussed at the meeting in Talavera/Spain.
- Logo contest:
- Logos will be created and uploaded on Instagram until 01/02/2019 by each partner school
- Voting on the best logo will take place until 15/02/19
- Croatia will work out the project website (structure Dec. 2018) www.SIFEC.eu After two years the final result will be a common website of the project.
2. Our communication platform is:

- ISC 1 (school marketing): e-mail addresses of interested students will be sent to Regina and Anna (Germany) until the 23rd November 2018
- ISC 2 (WSA): e-mail addresses of interested students will be sent to Franziska and Veronika (Germany) until the 23rd November 2018
- ISC 3 (international start-up): Tobias and Julian (Germany) will produce a video showing their ideas of the ISC; it will be sent to the partners until 3rd December 2018; interested students will send their e-mail addresses to them until 10th December 2018
- Instagram account will be set up by José Manuel Berzocana Colilla until 23rd November 2018
- Each ISC will decide on which platform/app to use for communication and send this information to Veronika (Germany) until 30th November 2018
